Building things to actually last A lamp is only as strong as its weakest link. Usually, that’s the electrode junctions. We beefed those up and tweaked the gas fill so the bulbs don’t burn out prematurely. This means you get to keep your line running longer before you even have to think about a swap. Plus, the UV output stays steady from one end of the tube to the other. No more “cold spots” leaving you with patches of uncured glue or ink. The practical side of switching You don’t need to tear apart your entire conveyor housing. These are drop-in replacements. They fit the same footprint you’re already using, so the physical switch is easy. But, there is one thing you need to watch out for.
