Material & Design
We use quartz envelopes because they transmit UV well and resist thermal shock. The R7s connector is a practical pick: it gives solid contact, repeatable alignment, and installs quickly on the production floor. Long life comes down to reducing stress at the joints. The seal design lowers leakage risk and helps the lamp survive the push and pull of repeated on/off cycles.
